HNY APC and the represented organisations aim to be 100% compliant with formulary recommendations outlined by the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence Technology Appraisals (NICE TAs). Within 90 days of a NICE TA being published (or 30 days for a fast-tracked Technology Appraisal), the APC will have discussed and acted upon relevant treatments and pathways. Comments received from NICE, other professional organisations / individuals or members of the public regarding medication resulting from a relevant NICE TA will be acted upon in a timely manner.
